Patio Umbrella with Base & Sandbag Selling a patio umbrella boxed and in good condition. It comes with the base and a sandbag for added stability. Please note: One small piece that secures the two base bars together is missing as noted in the pictures (the piece missing is circled). Replacing it with a standard nut should hold the bars together just fine. Even if you don't replace the missing piece, the included sandbag provides extra support and helps keep the umbrella stable. Overall, it's a great functional umbrella with a simple, inexpensive fix
