I stopped by Lexus of Bellevue during the Lexus December to Remember sales event after seeing a car online that I wanted to test drive. I had already done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted, the features that mattered, and the price range that made sense. I was not there to waste anyone’s time, and I appreciated that they were not looking to waste mine either. Their one person one price approach creates a very straightforward and customer focused experience without any haggling or being passed around.

Eric reached out to me right away after my online inquiry and gave me a call so we could set up a time for me to come in. Meeting him in person confirmed how great he is to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping customers find the right fit.

The car I test drove was nice, but it was missing a few must have features. Since I have had a long relationship with O’Brien Auto Group, I asked if they could locate a similar model in a different color. They found one, but it still did not have everything I was looking for.

I was getting ready to wrap up when Eric suggested we take a look at the vehicles that were currently being shipped from Japan. Sedans are not in high demand these days, so only a few were coming in. Four total. Two had already been claimed. Out of the remaining two, one had every feature I wanted. That was the moment I knew it was the right choice.

I asked how much I could put on a credit card because earning points is always a priority. I placed the deposit and waited for the car to arrive from the port. Once it arrived, the dealership handled everything including detailing, preparation, and paperwork. The signing process was quick, easy, and completely seamless.

A huge thank you to Eric N, Andy, and the entire Lexus of Bellevue and O’Brien Auto Group team for helping me secure one of the last Lexus IS 350 F SPORT AWD Gen 3 models built and shipped from Japan in December 2025. I had been wanting a new car for a while. I hoped the next generation IS would go hybrid, but the redesign was not for me. I have always preferred the final generation of this model, and I am grateful they were able to track down one of the last ones produced.

This team consistently delivers an exceptional experience, and this purchase was no different.

My wife and I purchased a used 2023 is350 f sport with 20,000 miles on it. The car had paint damage on the driver rear quarter panel from the previous owner.

I was told that after purchase it would be repainted and fixed good as new.

After the paint correction, the whole car was completely covered in over spray. The car was obviously not professionally taped off and prepped for paint work.

I brought this issue to the attention of the dealership and they agreed to fix the issue. The fix was…. well I don’t know. I left them the car for 2 weeks while I was on vacation, and when I came back to get it, the car was filthy, and it looked like they only buffed out the quarter panel. They didn’t even clean the buffing compound from the cracks of the trunk, door and window trim after “fixing” it.

Came back again to explain to them, THE ENTIRE CAR IS COVERED IN CLEAR COAT OVER SPRAY. The roof, every piece of glass, headlights, tail lights, mirrors. The whole damn car!

Third times a charm, so you’d think. But no, more like three strikes you’re out. They removed most of the over spray. But still the mirrors, the headlights, the tail lights, parts of the bumper, pieces of chrome and trim. Still have over spray on it. When you run your hand across it, it feels rough. You can physically see the over spray gleam in the sunlight

After dealing with multiple sales, service and management, I’m 100% done with this dealership. This is the type of service I would expect from a Kia dealership, not Lexus.

And to top it all off, they gave us a loaner with half a tank of gas and then required us to fill the tank, while our car was missing a quarter tank when we got it back. And apparently when you wash a car, you don’t clean the wheels…..

So who knows, maybe Lexus of Lynnwood can do better and I can carry out my warranty with them. Because obviously these guys don’t take their jobs seriously.

I finally found my dream car at Lexus of Bellevue. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our salesman, Andre, explained everything very professionally and quickly completed the necessary paperwork, and now I'm enjoying driving my luxury car. I recommend this dealership to all Lexus enthusiasts; they have an excellent selection of both new and used cars, both low-mileage and in excellent condition.
