My seller was Brad and he did a great job. He was very honest and very kind. He worked with me greatly on the price of the vehicle and the entire process was very smooth. The only complaint i have is the mileage of my car was a little bit more than advertised, but other than that everything is perfect.

Eric did a good job showing us our car and was very professional, helpful, and answered all questions we had!

This was quite honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The guys at 5 star are just good dudes. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get us in the car we’ve always wanted! If you are looking for an insane selection of everything from jeeps to high end luxury, these guys have it! Oh yeah, their prices are silly affordable too. No way I just bought a Twin Turbo 7 Series BMW for the price I did… absolutely stunning vehicle! Would highly recommend these guys and will certainly come back in the future. Since I can't edit or delete my previous review, I'm leaving another one.

Although our initial experience was quite good, I would now not even suggest this place to my ex-husband. We got "a fantastic deal, I'm not even making any money on this car" that has now cost me as much as I originally paid just for repairs and I've only had it less than 8 months.

I realize we bought the car "as is" but I feel that a DEALERSHIP has a responsibility to be truthful when asked what the issues with the car are. Since purchasing this car early December, 2024, we have had to:

*Replace all 4 tires due to dry rot
*Replace the rear brakes, not due to normal wear and tear, due to a malfunction
*Replace the ENTIRE TRANSMISSION

Still left needing repairs:
*Fix the A/C
*Fix the drivers seat that twists when moved forward or back
*Replace the tire monitoring system
*Replace the radio/CD player
*Fix the auto window controls
*Replace the exhaust
*Fix whatever is making a god-awful noise underneath when going over large bumps

No Bueno Five Star! NO. BUENO.

I would like to start by saying the staff there is super friendly. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, I had issues with two different cars within days of buying them. The first vehicle's transmission failed just 10 minutes after leaving the lot. When I contacted the dealership, they told me to bring it back, but by the time I arrived, they were closed. However, the owner was still there and offered me another vehicle at the same price, which I appreciated.

The second vehicle seemed fine at first, but two days later, the timing went out. I had purchased a warranty with the car, so I reached out to the owner and he let me know to file a claim with the warranty company. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the warranty, I discovered that the dealership had not yet submitted it, causing my claim to be denied. My boss even attempted to speak with the owner, but they refused to take responsibility for the error or offer any assistance which i understand is 100% up to them.

I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but I believe a business should stand by its customers and take accountability when mistakes are made—especially when it directly affects a customer's ability to resolve an issue. I’m sharing this so future customers are aware and can make an informed decision.
