I don’t have good credit so I was shopping for a good reliable and cheap car. I stopped by Mi Amigo Automotriz and found a great deal. Amanda and Mr. David were both very professional. Horrible communication. Took the day off work to go take a look at a vehicle. I tried calling them and texting them before I left just confirm because this dealer was 3 hours away. They didn’t answer, call back or text. After 4 hours later they finally text me saying that someone is going to buy it later, they could have told me this from the start.This dealer has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I buy multiple cars a year. Definitely do not recommend.
UPDATE!
They responded saying they were up front with me but I have messages of them not responding. I tried calling multiple times but they did not answer me. I called from 2 different phone numbers and they did answer those phone calls saying it was available! If it wasn’t available you wouldn’t have said “yes tomorrow is better” wouldn’t you.

The best Car dealership. I’ve been to yet. After a couple years, I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to get my Car, but mi amigo automotriz Made it possible. Got a really good Car for super cheap and a really good condition. I really will refer to anyone that needs a car when they’re most needed or desperate and in need  of a good car is this Car dealership MI AMIGO AUTOMOTRIZ 10 out of 10 They also have amazing beautiful cars in there You have to go in there and check it out  〰️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My brother came with me to shop for a car for my son, gentleman had no drive to sell anything, looked at us like a deer in headlight's, need better sales man, I honestly boned out. Felt like we bothered him to be honest.
