Outsidepride Perennial Ryegrass Seed 5 lb – Sealed – $10

🌾 OUTSIDEPRIDE FIREBALL / HATTRICK PERENNIAL RYEGRASS — 5 LB, SEALED — $10 🌾 Outsidepride's 50/50 Fireball/Hattrick perennial ryegrass blend, 5 lb bag, sealed — the fine-leaf, wear-tolerant rye used on sports fields and for overseeding Bermuda and Zoysia lawns through the winter. Lime-coated, OptiGrowth-treated seed; 0% weed seed, 0% other crop; surplus from our office. One honest note up front: the bag is a year past its printed sell-by date (9/2025) — details below — which is why it's $10 instead of $40. For reference: this bag is about $40 new. Asking $10 — or $38 with the new EarthWay bag spreader in our other listing. 🌾 THE SEED - 32% Fireball + 32% Hattrick perennial ryegrass, Oregon-grown; the balance is a 34% lime coating with OptiGrowth treatment for seed-to-soil contact; 0.00% weed seed, 0.00% other crop - Tag germination 98% / 94% at the 9/2024 test; sell-by 9/2025 — so it's a year past date, stored indoors, dry and sealed the whole time - Perennial ryegrass keeps its germination better than most turf seed, but expect lower than the tag: seed at the heavy end of the label rate (10 lb per 1,000 sq ft) and this bag covers about 500 sq ft - Fine leaf texture, dark green, quick to come up — the classic winter overseed for a Bermuda lawn in Atlanta, or a fast fix for bare spots and a dog run - Fall overseeding season in Atlanta runs into November — rake, seed, keep it damp until it's up - Coated seed — not for human or animal consumption 🚗 PICKUP — MIDTOWN ATLANTA - High-rise office building — we'll meet you in the lobby or bring it down to the garage - Parking available if needed - One 5 lb bag — meet in the lobby - Cash preferred; Zelle or Venmo once funds show in our account - Local pickup only — no shipping, no delivery - Weekdays, business hours into early evening and some Sundays We're also selling a new EarthWay 2750 bag spreader (the $38 bundle), TerraLock mulch glue, and an entire office of IKEA furniture, tables, chairs, and live interior office plants before the move—see our other listings.
