Brand new tires with less than 50 miles on them bought This year. Never put toilet paper in the septic drain.All of the tanks are in good condition and work and drain properly. All appliances and sinks, and everything else is in good working order.All windows work. Slide outs are electric and work. Refrigerator works on both electric and gas. Has working microwave , working gas stove and oven. Carbon monoxide , smoke detectors and gas detectors inside. There is a slight bow in the large slide out bottom where the previous owner had put a heavy piece of furniture but it works fine. There are storage under the beds. Also has pass through storage at both ends. Safety voltage meter at plugin pedestal. It has A brand new awning last year. Water heater currently works on gas only and needs a new electric water heater element put in. I have The part I just have not had the time to disconnect the power all the way to change . The levelers in the front do go up-and-down manually.But, the gear will need replaced for auto electric leveling, you will need a wrench to turn the leveler manually. You pay for your own garbage here if you want pick up , it's about 40$ per month. That includes garbage pick up every week and recycle every other week. Through waste management There is a also an on site locked laundry facility with Very low prices (3.25 $ wash and 3$ dry)for larger loads. This is a VERY quiet clean park.There are many kids, pets and very friendly neighbors. This is close to downtown Seattle--- 15 minutes if no traffic and 5 minutes to Renton. 5 minutes to Tukwila. The initial lease is one year, and month to month after. This is a cash only sale. I will not take payments. I prefer not to deliver but if you have payment up front. I may consider delivering within a 10 mile radius or so if its paid for up front for someone who just wants the rv. I will accept a cashier's check or money order. And i Will hand over the title at my bank after the check has confirmed as cleared. You may be able to obtain a personal loan for this amount. However , it is too old for r v financing.
