One month ago, I purchased a 2021 Tesla from this dealership. I was assured by the salesperson that the vehicle was in impeccable condition and had no issues whatsoever. The entire transaction was done online, and the car was delivered to me without any prior test drive.
The moment I drove the car for the first time, I was in shock. It genuinely felt like the car was about to fall apart. There was an overwhelming amount of noise coming from the suspension—so loud and constant that it completely ruined the driving experience.
I immediately contacted both the salesperson and the manager, expecting support or at least accountability. Unfortunately, nothing was done to address the problem.
In an effort to resolve the issue myself, I replaced every suspension component, investing significant time and money. Yet, despite all of this, the noise is still there, leaving me frustrated, disappointed, and feeling completely misled
Not to mention that was sold an accident-damaged car at the price of a vehicle with a clean history. Nobody in the dealership told me anything about this before I purchased the car.
So, don’t buy anything from here if you can’t make test drive.

This is the worst company that tries to scam you completely. First they illegally sell me a salvage title vehicle claiming it has an r title and tell me to come back for the tag. A month goes by no call about my title and tag so I go back and they tell me I have  to get my vehicle inspected to get a tag. I take it to the inspecting place who shows me the title I was just handed by the arion  10 mins before and he says it's a salvage title and I was like no there must be a mistake. So he says it needs to be inspected to get a rebuilt title to be able to drive legally.  So they sold a single mom that uses her vehicle for work a salvage title vehicle and in the bill of sales which is illegal in the state of florida it didn't declare it as a salvage title.. Just a sold vehicle.. and the dmv had so many red flags set off of how a company sold a salvage title illegally some how got it temp tags and insurance all being a salvaged title and had me illegally driving for a month which is an arrestable offense. The dmv refused to let me get it inspected due to it being the car sales companies responsibility and i was left with a junk of metal.  so at this point I'm livid because i already had to deal with the engine and transmission being bad and it not being able to reverse proper within the first week of buying it.  so I go back to arion and tell them what happened and what they did and they tried to play ignorant like some how they didn't know state laws when it comes to vehicles being sold salvage etc and offered me a trade but I had to pay 732 for tag and transfer fees and I only had 700 at the time and they said i could pay the 32 at a later date.  I also stated i would be out of town and needed the tag and title mailed to me which they stated was fine but then two weeks later they are telling me I owe 32 plus another 188 transfer fees which is outrageous.. the  cars engine light is on and has so many issues. They are holding my tag and title hostage claiming it states cod which means charge on delivery a term us normal people dont know and they dont tell you so you get there and they screw you saying somehow you have to repay for the transfer fee when it clearly was already done and paid for because yall have the tag and title in my name ready for me to pick up and that only occurs when the buyer aka me pays for it already.. I shouldn't have to pay something I've already paid. And when I let them know I recorded our conversation so I know exactly what was said to me and know this is a con 100 percent  they decide to now know florida laws and state recordings proving their illegal actions and transactions without there knowledge is illegal and to delete it. But they dont care about illegal salvage car sales by their company. And cons for more fees to be paid holding your tag and title hostage till you do.. yall made the mistake of selling a metal peice of junk illegally and were lucky I paid any fees because your business should have handled it at no cost. I asked you in the meeting was there any other fees or would I get my Tag and title once I paid the 32 dollars and you said there was nothing else.. Arion is owned and run by dishonest crooks who dont deserve anyone's business. Save your money and go somewhere more trustworthy and wont sell you garbage vehicles that dont last with fees that somehow cost more than the car itself.. Jean handled my original sale and "orik"? the owner handled the second. Run run 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ and dont look back here. Such a nightmare.

Bought a grand caravan.  They gave me a pretty good deal.  When I got it home I realized that it didn't have the right seats in it. And everything went downhill from there.  Engine light comes on.  Told me to take it to iron auto, which is also owned by Arion.  I've had this car for approximately a month. And while they have fixed a few problems, they did put a used transmission in it.  Not exactly sure what all they have fixed because they would not give me any repair paperwork.  I have had it at the shop at least 6 times.  I took it to a different shop and had the Thermostat changed.  Only to have the engine light come back on.  Took it back and was told that the engine light will continue to come on until the lifters are replaced, head work done.  Basically a new engine.  Arion refused to give me my money back after 1 week.  I am sure they knew all along that the car  was no good.  They repaired small things until I have no recourse.  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ARION CAR SALES TO ANYONE.  I WAS KNOWINGLY SOLD A LEMON. And I still haven't gotten my permanent plate.
