Hector & Yani were outstanding to work with! I had visited him the first time a year ago, and although we didn't purchase a car then (from anywhere, not just from here), H & Y was first on our mind when we needed to replace our car that was recently a total loss in an accident.

I have never encountered a more honest and transparent dealership. Hector took the time to explain my new car's carfax in detail, was up front about any potential defects, and also very knowledgeable on all the car's features.

When I said I was still considering another model he didn't have in inventory, he even encouraged me to visit a competitor before committing so I could be sure I was getting the right fit. All of this says ao much about his character.

When it came time for the deal to be settled, he presented all purchase/finance options clearly, ensuring we were paying the best deal for the best plan that worked for us. Yani was also so friendly and helpful the day of purchase!

When I first went It felt a little awkward at first an a little back-and-forth phone tag about the car.Nothing bad The owner was explaining to me how people was calling with bad credit and playing games.But after everything was approved and settled, I purchased the vehicle the same day.BTW very low mileage around 12k and some change to be exact very beautiful car 2022 Platinum Nissan Maxima NO-BULL Pay your money once everything is approved and you( go simple as that) no super long wait like the other large big dealerships around town.
