I had a great experience with my Toyota purchase at the Cerritos Toyota. Vincent who was my sales guy did a great job walking me through the vehicle during the test drive and all the extras that came with it. Vincent even made sure things were taken care of while my new car was being detailed. He stayed through the whole long process which didnt end until after 10pm even though he should've already been off. There were some items that needed to be taken care of after the purchase and he stayed on top of it and continued to keep me updated. Vincent was very nice, professional, and helpful through it all.
