I have one qty brand new, still in the box Amana brand name VTAC 0.75 ton Heat Pump / Air Conditioner. This is a wall mount or closet self contained residential unit. Because it is a heat pump, it will heat and cool all in one self contained unit. Cooling capacity is 9300 btus and heating capacity is 8300 btus with an additional 2500 watt electric strip heater aux heater built into the unit. Unit is std 203/230 volt single phase typical residential power. The nameplate with all the info is in the photo. Please do your own homework on this unit. I'm in the business, but don't have time to answer everyones questions. Installation is not available, and neither is delivery. Bring a pickup or trailer with cash, and I'll help you load. No lowball offers. This unit sells for over $1500 and I'm asking $600 FIRM. This unit is sized to cool and heat 400 to 500 sq ft, depending on the level of insulation. Please know what you are buying and know that the installation is on you. No warranty on the unit. Brand new, never installed, and still on the pallet. Pick up in Manteca.
