Bought a car. They accepted my down payment, all docs were signed, loan was finalized. THEN it turns out the showed me the wrong car, the inspection was never done on the correct vehicle, they claim it was an accident and now the vehicle is at a mechanic awaiting inspection. My son went to pick up the vehicle and they made him wait for two hours with multiple different excuses as to why they could not deliver the vehicle. Now they will not respond, answer texts, or return my calls. Again, they have my money, all of the signed documents and the banks money. I still have no car and no response.

Royal Empowered Motors helped through the process of buying my first car. They walked me through all the necessary steps i needed to take and explained everything so that i would understand. Their customer service is a 10+. They made me feel so comfortable and i didnt feel cheated. I love my car! It drives perfect. Thank you to the two ladies who made this process a success.
