2/1 UPDATE: I mean it's like any other dealer. Once you're out the door they will not help you. So just be very careful and really inspect the vehicle. We were sold a lower trim than what was advertised, meaning I was under the impression that I'd have apple car play, keyless entry, etc. This was not the case and I was sold the lower LX trim at the EX trim price... Their rebuttal was "this was a website error and has only happened once before. we will help you". Indeed they did not help me. I called for 2 weeks, initially trying to get in touch with Albert, then Chris the service advisor who he directed me to. I could not get on the phone with them a single time and was just put on long holds, or told to leave a message. Oh also, the check engine light just came on after regularly commuting for
