This is a DVD of the original horror classic film "Halloween" from 1978, directed by John Carpenter and starring Donald Pleasence and Jamie Lee Curtis. The film follows Michael Myers, who escapes from a mental institution and returns to his hometown of Haddonfield to stalk and kill a teenage girl and her friends on Halloween night This DVD was released by Anchor Bay Entertainment in 1997. It is rated R for its slasher and Halloween themes. The movie runs for approximately 91 minutes and is presented in widescreen format (2:35.1).
