Really appreciated so much about this place. To start, I had a particular model with trim in mind. After looking nationwide, I was happy to find the trim I wanted right in my own back yard. I had also contacted three other dealerships across the U.S. Lending Group Auto was the only one to respond quickly, consistently, and (this is the big part for me) with no pressure.

I went for a test drive and Michelle met me. The person I had spoken to on the phone (Dionie?) had told her I was coming so she knew exactly what I was there for.

Took it for a test drive, and throughout, absolutely no pressure.

We ended up striking a deal. They were extremely willing to address all my concerns. Told me what they can do, what they cannot, etc., all respectfully with no BS games.

When I went today to pick the car up, I noticed that something was not done that I was told would be. I met the manager, Baha, and we literally talked for 30 seconds and he took care of it. No argument. No, "too bad, you already signed." Instead it was, "you're a customer and I want to make you happy." Period. End of story.

I do not buy cars often, but when I do, it is important that I feel like my time is respected. The process was quick, painless, and dare I say... pleasant!

BEWARE – Unsafe vehicles, deceptive practices, and refusal to return refunded money

This has been one of the most frustrating and deceptive experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealership.

The general manager, Baha, repeatedly assured us during the purchase process that the extended warranty could be canceled at any time without issue. Based on that representation, we agreed to purchase it. We canceled almost immediately — and were charged roughly $900.

It has now been nearly 30 days since the funds were returned to the dealership, and we still have not received our refund.

The warranty company has already confirmed that the funds were sent back to the dealership nearly a month ago. At this point, there is no excuse. The money is simply being withheld.

Communication has been unacceptable:

Baha promises specific call times and never follows through
He responds to texts, sets expectations, and then disappears
He repeatedly deflects responsibility onto staff
We are constantly told “someone will call back,” and no one does.

We’ve also dealt with Leanne in the office, who has been equally unhelpful — providing vague updates, running us in circles, and ultimately ignoring follow-ups. The front desk has no answers, no visibility, and no ability to help.

To make matters worse, the vehicle itself was sold to us with improper tires that failed within the first 1,000 miles. Once again, we were given promises that the issue would be handled — and once again, nothing was done. Same pattern: overpromise, disappear, repeat.

At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like a deliberate strategy:

Say whatever is needed to close the deal
Assure the customer everything will be handled
Then avoid, delay, and ignore until the customer gives up - AKA STEAL FROM YOU

We are still waiting on money that rightfully belongs to us, with zero transparency and no accountability.

If you are considering doing business here, understand this:
Once they have your money, getting anything resolved becomes a completely different experience, try getting a refund - Good luck.

We had an outstanding experience at Lending Group Auto Buying! We purchased our dream Chevy Suburban Z71, and the entire process was fast, easy, and stress-free.

Juan was amazing to work with. One phone call and less than two hours later, we were driving home in our new vehicle. Everything he promised was exactly as represented, and he even got us a lower monthly payment and less money down than we were expecting.

Hilma and Aza had amazing customers service. The car we originally wanted was in the shop and the help us find the next best car. Gave us multiple options close to what we were looking for style, price, and mileage and they delivery. The process was smooth sailing, in and out in less then 2 hours that's with test drive, examing details, and paperwork. Any question about thw car we had they had the through answer. 10/10 recommended.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been beyond disappointing.

From the very beginning, things were disorganized. They didn’t even know how to properly transfer my disabled veteran license plates from my previous vehicle to the truck I purchased. Something that should have been a routine process turned into unnecessary confusion.

Then, within three weeks of purchasing the truck, the check engine light came on. The dealership told me to take it to the repair shop they work with. The first time I went, they turned me away because the light had gone off that morning and said it was “probably just an ignition issue.” The light came back, I returned, and they repaired it. The very next day, the check engine light came back on again.

This is now the third time my truck has been at the shop, and they’ve had it for over a week with no clear timeline or communication. I was told I would get a loaner vehicle, but after multiple phone calls I’ve gotten nothing but excuses. Every time I call, I’m told the General Manager is “in a meeting,” “stepped out,” or to “call back in an hour.” When I finally reached him on Friday, he told me he was going to call Jay, the technician working on my truck, and get back to me. He never called back.

I’ve now been without the truck I just purchased for over a week, have had to arrange and pay for my own transportation, and still can’t get a straightforward update. I understand that used vehicles can have mechanical issues. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service after the sale. A simple phone call with an update goes a long way, but apparently that’s too much to ask.

At this point, I’m seriously considering speaking with an attorney to better understand my rights and options. I hope it doesn’t come to that, but after the repeated repairs, the lack of communication, and being left without my vehicle, I feel like I’ve been given no other choice.

If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, just be aware that if something goes wrong after the purchase, you may find yourself chasing answers instead of getting help. I expected far better treatment after spending tens of thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in this dealership.
