Description

2003 Ford Mustang 3.8L V6 automatic. Selling AS-IS as a mechanic special/project car. Car currently starts and runs, but I have stopped driving it and recommend towing it. I recently had it professionally diagnosed at Don’s D.I. Auto & Truck Service after hearing a knocking/rattling noise. Shop found metal in the engine oil and diagnosed possible rod bearing failure and recommended engine replacement. Diagnostic paperwork available to serious buyers. Also has multiple oil leaks/EVAP-related issues and the instrument cluster/odometer is not functioning. Recently had work done including alternator, front brake pads and lower control arms. Body is in decent condition for a 2003. Interior is shown in photos; driver’s seat has a tear. Aftermarket Kenwood stereo. Good candidate for someone who works on Mustangs, wants to do an engine swap, needs a project car, or wants it for parts. $1,500 OBO. AS-IS. Serious inquiries only. No trades.
