Only selling because we upgraded to a larger unit for our house. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this unit. It was working perfectly when it was removed. This is a Ruud RP1560AJ1NA 5-ton, 15 SEER heat pump condenser (60,000 BTU). New replacement cost for the outdoor unit alone is around $6,000. * 5 Ton (60,000 BTU) * 15 SEER * 208/230 Volt Single Phase * R-410A system * Scroll compressor * Clean coil and cabinet * Fan motor and compressor both operate The refrigerant was professionally recovered when it was removed, so it does not have refrigerant in it. I can hook power up to it so you can see the fan and compressor kick on before buying if you’d like. This would make a great replacement for someone with a failed condenser who doesn’t want to spend thousands on a new one. Asking $1,800 OBO. I’m open to reasonable offers, but please don’t waste my time with lowball offers. If you’re serious, send me a message. Bring a trailer or truck and help to load—it weighs over 200 lbs.
