POWER WASHING AWNING AND WINDOW CLEANING BUSINESS FOR SALE

Hello, I’m selling my awning and window cleaning business that I’ve had for 20 yrs. The business includes -Over 250 current accounts (books are here and ready for review) (accounts range from some pretty big ones in the city and suburbs, to medium and small jobs) -2001 ford F350 utility truck(new crate engine w/50 miles) -2 commercial Honda power washers (4k psi) cold water -300 gallon water tank(fits in the bed of truck) -2 12’ ladders -2 10’ ladders -4 power washing guns -8 power washing hoses - brushes, soaps and degreasers along with plenty of other smalls for the business I’ve ran this part time 2-3 days a week from April to Oct as a side gig for 20 yrs… this could be so much bigger but I never wanted to go crazy… on average my partner and I have pulled in anywhere between 40k-60k a year If you did this full time and added more accounts you could make a lot more, and remember it’s only 7 months out of the year.
