This place is honestly one of the worst places you could ever consider buying a car from. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. From the moment you start communicating with them, it becomes clear that there is a serious lack of professionalism and understanding when it comes to how customers expect to be treated. The staff seem to lack basic communication skills and do not respect people's time at all.
One of the biggest concerns about this dealership is the condition and history of many of their vehicles. It appears that a large percentage of the cars on their lot are salvage vehicles, which is something buyers should absolutely be aware of before doing business here. If you take the time to read through their reviews, you will notice a pattern of customers raising similar concerns and complaints about the types of vehicles they sell and the lack of transparency surrounding them.
Another frustrating issue is how they handle inquiries. Instead of answering simple questions over the phone or providing clear details about a vehicle beforehand, they will often tell you to come in person. For many people, this means driving across town, taking time out of their day, and rearranging their schedule just to get basic information that could have easily been communicated beforehand. It feels like they intentionally try to get people in the door even when they know the vehicle may not be what the customer is actually looking for.

Instead, Sacramento Luxury Motors seems to ignore this and repeatedly tells people to come in, which ends up wasting people's time.

Between the questionable vehicle histories, the constant complaints from other buyers, and the poor communication from staff, it is hard to recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car buying experience. There are many other dealerships that value transparency, honesty, and customer time far more than what you will experience here. If you want a beautiful luxury car and great service and then look no further. So far I bought two Mercedes-Benz from this man and he has one above and beyond to make the experience absolutely perfect. Put your trust in NMotion Motors so you’ll be glad you did.

I wanted to buy a car. I had an appointment. I filled out a pre approval online as I wanted to get financing. No one told me my app wasn't approved. They let me drive all the way to Tracy, and then when I got there, I said I had an appointment, and they were about to have me fill out another form for financing.
When I told them I already did, they check and come out, "Nope not approved." I ask them if they had another finance company to work with. "Nope." Very rude. Because I had more money for the down payment, but they didn't bother to ask. And I left. And I did buy a car. Elsewhere.

I've been looking for a convertible SS Camaro for over a year now. I had a lemon law lawsuit against Ford for a 2021 Full Size Bronco. I really enjoyed that vehicle as it was a 4x4 plus convertible. After dealing with some manufacturer defects & Ford keeping my Bronco at the dealership for over 4 months I decided to lawyer up. An attorney by the name of Sotera Anderson won our case and I was able to purchase a 4x4 Pro 4X as well as this 2012 SS Camaro convertible. The only reason I didn't buy a newer Maro is because they go for roughly 50k. I didn't want to pay that much so I shopped around for a reasonably priced pre-owned. That's when I came across this beauty. She's older but had the look I wanted. After driving to Tracy from San Jose that morning I ended up texting the dealership(warehouse). The rep got back to me & met me at the warehouse where they store their vehicles. At first it seemed sketchy but it wasn't my first time interacting with dealers that sold out of a warehouse so I moved forward with everything. I was initially greeted by Alex. He was super easy to work with & tossed me the keys upon arrival. I took the SS for a test drive(I like to take my time to get a feel for cars of interest)& this mother was fun & exciting to drive! I just had to have her so upon returning to the dealership(warehouse)I was greeted by Rafai who was an NMotion Motors salesman as well. Rafai asked if I liked the car & I explained I was taking her home with me that day lol. I had some banking to do but all worked out. Rafai waited until I returned from San Jose to complete the purchase. A week went by & I inquired with NMotion Motors in regards to the DMV status. I ended up speaking with Ahmed Maam & he assured all was good. He sent me a screenshot of my DMV registration & also fast tracked my plates & tags to my home address. This by far was simply a great experience. Ahed made it easy for me after some concerns I had were addressed with him. His follow up & follow through were greatly appreciated & for this I will refer friends & family to them as they not only have great deals but make the car buying experiences hassle free. Thanks NMotion Motors team -you guys rock!

Don't pay attention to the reviews if you do you are going to see they are beyond fake. Check them out the two gentlemen are serious but friendly and helpful. Made a good buy. Hope to go back for a next car sometime.
