OEM Part #: 86350-4C500 / 863504C500 Style: Gloss Black mesh with Chrome trim surround Condition: Overall good cosmetic condition on the front chrome and mesh. Please note there is a hairline crack in the plastic back housing directly under the center mounting tab (see photo). Easily repairable with epoxy prior to install, or mounts fine as-is.
