1983 Ford F-150 4x4 Project $2,5XX ***OBO*** Also known as the bullnose. The price is BEST OFFER, the truck is sold AS IS, the location is slightly outside of surprise and it will need to be picked up with a trailer/winch. Please read this entire ad as I’m going to include as much information as possible. IF THE POST IS UP - THE TRUCK IS AVAILABLE First and foremost - this is a project that WAS running AND driving before it has been sitting for the last 1yr. I parked it because the transmission went out. I wish I had the time / money to put into this truck- but as it’s been sitting, it’s time to go. PROS: CLEAN TITLE Low mileage crate V8 302 (less than 10k miles) Manual 4x4 transfer box (engages hi/low) C5 3 speed transmission Rear Tires: 9/10 Fronts: 6/10 245/75r-15 Flatbed (BIG HEAD TURNER- I used to get loads of compliments while driving) Edelbrock 500cfm 4bbl carb (new with engine) Edelbrock intake manifold (new with engine) 2x2 Shorty Headers into glass packs Bigger radiator New front struts New trailing arm bushings Mounted tool box External 12gal fuel cel (inside tool box) New Edelbrock fuel pump (opened but unused) I also have the older Chinese one but it is currently removed New oil pain/gasket (I stripped the drain plug on the break in oil change - stellar move) New Felpro transmission pan gasket CONS: Transmission is bad - not sure how bad. Ol girl only has reverse. Leaky power steering Body is beat to hell and has enough “weight reduction” to hit the drag strips Currently disconnected fuel pump - no fuel = no go Battery is probably dead Driver door does not open I can retrieve the door panel for the passenger -but it’s not in great shape Seat is ripped 1key for ignition and 1key for lock Passenger window regulator bad Starter ignition switch in cab went out so it has a custom wire start system installed Has old 20gal fuel tank - probably needs cleaned No paperwork for the engine Chevy alternator swap
