Highly recommend. Always treat me like family when I go. They get me in whenever I need anything. The techs are super knowledgeable. The foreman even was able to fix my ford f250 7.3L when I damaged my cylinder head.

We recently purchased a new Ram from them and are very happy with the ride, comfort and the many features it offers. Our salesman, The Captain was very helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. It was a pleasure to deal with him and we were able to secure a competitive price for our purchase and a fair trade-in  allowance.

Service Experience
I’ve been servicing my car at this dealership for the past four years and have always had a positive experience — until today. It appears the dealership has implemented new policies that prioritize revenue over customer trust.

Now, instead of discussing concerns openly, customers are asked to sign a $205 diagnostic fee for each issue reported — before any inspection or repair takes place. I brought up six concerns today, and the total diagnostic cost quoted was $1,230.

This approach discourages customers from proactively maintaining their vehicles and instead pushes them to wait until a serious breakdown occurs — when the repair costs are much higher.

One more thing, the service was reluctant to note any concerns and kept saying it will cost extra $205.

I haven’t finalized payment yet, but I’ll update this review after the service is complete.

Update: well we end paying $205 for diagnosis. Which is reasonable.

I purchased a new 2025 Ram 1500 from these guys and within four months both main and aux. start batteries died leaving me stranded on Labor Day weekend. Mullahey service rep. Mike instructed me to buy a third party battery since they could not accommodate me at that time. He also stated that sales manager John would reimburse me for the expense.

Ive tried contacting John three times with no response. I’ve also left a message with the general manager and still crickets.

These guys are great when they want to sell you a car but ignore you once the contract is signed. I intend on buying a new 2026 Ram Charger but not from these very insincere people.

I decided I wanted to buy a new Dodge Ram 1500. I went to this dealership to see and test drive one. As soon as I stepped out of my Chevy I received a friendly smile and Greeting from Captain Nando. He listened to what I wanted and took me straight over to the truck. He very thoroughly explained ALL of the features. I was extremely impressed. By far the best, friendliest and most thorough sales person I have dealt with when buying a vehicle. We sat down to discuss the 2025 Ram 1500. He and another gentleman diligently looked through paperwork to try to find the exact truck color along with features that I wanted. Being it is a 2025 unable to find the color. I decided I would buy the White truck I test drove. Captain Nando and Michael knew I was running short on time as I needed to be to work. Everything was straight forward.
I had to go back the next day to pick up the truck. There it was bright shiny and new parked horizontally in front of the dealership. Captain Nando came on his day off and greeted me out front. We sat in the truck while he programmed radio stations for me along with my cell phone. He went over many of the features again and asked if I had any questions. He even gave his cell number to contact him with any questions or concerns. I have text him with a few questions and he responded right away.

I would most definitely recommend this dealership for purchase and or servicing of a vehicle.
