Rocco was amazing. I am also shocked by how little time we spent in the dealership. Every single time I’ve purchased cars, it’s HOURS sitting there. At ford smithtown I was probably there a total hour and half, from negotiating price to signing and leaving with my new ford bronco. I really appreciated how fast and direct Rocco was. He was honest and gave me a great deal. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re interested in a ford. Not sure about all the negative reviews, our experience here was very positive!

I can’t say enough good things about working with James at ford of smithtown! From the start, he was so patient, helpful, and genuinely fun to work with. Our case definitely wasn’t the simplest, but he went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, handled all the details, and honestly made buying a car feel easy (which I never thought I’d say 😂).

It was a last minute decision to go here and look at what they had while assuming my dream of having a bronco was most likely not going to happen. Instead, we were met by one of the salesman, Vin Visceglia, who immediately made us feel at home. He showed us and spoke to us in a way that made it all feel easy to understand. He got an amazing bronco for me to test drive that I immediately fell in love with . It was a done deal at that point. The rest of the process at Ford was quick and easy including the finance part with Matthew and I walked away with my new car the next day. Everyone else that worked there were kind and congratulatory   Overall a great experience.

I went to this dealership with my family to look for a Bronco Sport Outer Banks. It was our first time going to a Ford dealership, and quite possibly may be our last after the experience we had. We entered the building and it was fine. A salesman came up to us and helped us. After test driving the vehicle and enjoying the ride, we sat down to discuss pricing. This is when things got extremely shady and disheartening. We asked the salesman for a quote on the car, expecting a price in the $400-$500 range. When he returned with the papers, for 10,000 miles and 36 months, it was $689 a month (everything rolled in- but not really). Not only was that price astronomical with no context, but it was more expensive than some luxury vehicles. The salesman was clearly trying to take advantage of us, and needless to say, really disappointed us. He was not receptive and even with negotiating, the price remained completely ridiculous. He assumed we had bad credit so he used a higher rate, then he offered us employee pricing, yet there were no discounts or initiatives.  As we we were walking out, the manager chased down one of us and gave us other deals and quotes, there were more aligned with the MSRP of the car.  None of this, though, made up for the scam that the salesman attempted. If you are looking for an honest dealership that acts professionally and seriously, drive yourself elsewhere. Very disappointing service for a family looking to lease their child their first car.
