Special thank you to our manager. He was very polite, patient, and professional. We had many questions, and he explained everything clearly and in detail. We could call him anytime, and he always answered and helped us. We never felt pressure, and that was very important for us.

It was also very helpful that he speaks Russian. It made communication much easier, and we felt comfortable and confident because we understood everything. I also noticed they offer support in different languages, which is great for many families.

Both cars are in very good condition, and the prices were fair. We are happy with our purchase and our experience.
