This includes the almost complete study guide for the SHRM-CP which is 4 textbooks and then also the printed out flash cards. The only thing not included is the access to the online electronic learning system that has since expired. I passed the SHRM-CP in 2018, and having the credential has been one of the best things for my career of 10 years. My personal opinion, after having passed the exam is that I think it is worth an attempt to buy the text books, read them front to back, do the flash cards, and then pay the $300 roughly to sit for the exam. The entire study guide back in 2018 was $1000, and I imagine it is more now, so there are considerable cost savings. The exam I imagine may be a little different now but the basics covered from 2018 I think should still prepare you adequately. As a bonus whoever buys the books, I’ll give my contact info and offer 30 min of study guide advise, HR advise or just general career advise, if you want that. I am a self described HR nerd so this sort of thing is fun to me.
