I recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Sentra from Corona Nissan and I just wanted to share how great my experience was. The whole team was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase.

I truly appreciate the time they took to answer my questions and make sure I drove away happy with my new car. The Sentra is amazing and I’m really enjoying it so far.

I was very unsatisfied with the way my car repairs were handled. In addition to oil change, I had two problems with my car. first, was the airbag light flashing and the second was that the back up sensors were not working. They charged me $245.00 to check for both problems and advise. I was told that this $245.00 will go toward the repair. After both problems were checked, I was told that for air bag light they have to change two parts for the price of $1288.00 and they could not quarantine that the problem will be solved. If this happens they have to change more parts and go on keep changing parts until the problem is solved. This was ridiculous because accepting that might have cost me a few thousands dollars at the end.For the Back up sensors, they gave me an estimate of $346.00 which I accepted, but when I asked them what portion of the $245.00 will go toward this repair I was told that none because they charged me for checking the air bag light and checking the Back up sensors was free. In another word they lied to me that the $245.00 will go toward repairs proportionally, total dishonesty. therefore, I will not go back to Corona Nissan for any service.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The car service is consistently dependable, and the team does an excellent job communicating what’s needed without any pressure. It’s clear they value their customers—they even offer a loyalty discount, which is a nice touch.While you wait, the lounge is comfortable and well-kept, and the premium coffee makes the time fly by. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines quality service with genuine customer care. Highly recommend!

I just left the dealership extremely upset and disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I were initially assisted by a very kind and professional salesperson, Victor. We reviewed the numbers together and came to an agreement. The vehicle we selected was brought in from San Bernardino because that was the location where it was available. However, when we were about to sign the paperwork, the interest rate had changed from what we had previously agreed upon. Because of this change, we decided not to move forward with the purchase. At that point, the manager, Jose Cruz, came out to speak with us. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he began yelling at us. I was there with my 11-year-old son and my 3-year-old daughter. My son became visibly scared and anxious due to the manager’s aggressive and hostile behavior. Mr. Cruz stepped into my husband’s personal space and pressured him to proceed with the purchase despite our decision. We ultimately walked out because we did not feel comfortable or safe continuing the interaction. I am deeply upset that my children had to witness this behavior. As a long-time Toyota customer, I wanted to give Nissan a chance, but after this experience, I will not return.
I hope management takes this matter seriously, as no family should be treated this way.

Had a great time with their service team. Was in the area and brought my z to them for an oil change. Super cool guys which were very careful with my vehicle as well.
