Brand New never used or displayed. Department 56 Snow Village County Courthouse. These old pieces didn't come with light cords. It debuted in 1989 and retired 1993. Dept 56 number 5144-6. Low or out of stock many places for brand new court houses. Over $300 multiple places and sold out in most on-line retailers. Brand new in box . The styrofoam was still sealed. Save over $150 and tax & shipping. Comes from smoke free, bug free and pet free home. I have a couple hundred dept 56 pieces I will slowly be parting with because I won't have room after I move for them. Cash or venmo only.
