We bought this in 2019 to live aboard and have since moved it to Eastlake, although we no longer live aboard I’m sure you can work something out with the current marina owner, I’m not on a lease but I’m sure he wouldn’t have an issue transferring. I have another boat on sight I’m focusing my attention on this year. I have a big business project on Capitol Hill that is draining my time And resources so I need to let this old girl go. She had running motors when I bought but I was unable to maintain them. I can help find a mechanic to restore them to working order. They just need a good overhaul top aide overhaul along with a few minor fixes. We were content with her remaining dockside for ourselves. We purchased for $40k and I spent another $20k renovating. I figured you should’ve be able to fix motors for under $5k easy or replace them with new ones for $10k. Yep 5.0 mercruisers.
