Looking to sell quickly (by this weekend) We bought this in 2019 to live aboard in SLU but and have since moved it to Eastlake for storage, my girlfriend mother had a stroke so she had to move back to Port Angeles and I’ve been struggling to keep with the Moorage payments for two boats, times are tough so although I really don’t want to sell as I’ve put a lot of work into it I have to. It’s is currently not on a live aboard agreement or transferable slip with out the private marina owners approval I’m sure you can work something out with him or move it to a slip of your choice. I’m not on a lease but I’m sure he wouldn’t have an issue transferring. I have another boat on sight I’m focusing my attention on this year. I have a big business project on Capitol Hill that is draining my time And resources so I need to let this old girl go. She had running motors when I bought but I was unable to maintain them. I can help find a mechanic to restore them to working order. They just need a good overhaul top aide overhaul along with a few minor fixes. We were content with her remaining dockside for ourselves. We purchased for $40k and I spent another $20k renovating. I figured you should’ve be able to fix motors for under $5k easy or replace them with new ones for $10k. Yep 5.0 mercruisers.
