It's in nearly original condition and great condition for the age. Only the top has been refinished with a satin lacquer. No major damage, dings or scratches. Everything is solid and sturdy. The drawers and cabinet doors open and close very well and are in great condition. Free delivery included for up to 60 miles from Portland OR, Vancouver WA, Salem OR, extra beyond that. Never place hot dishes or equipment directly on wood surfaces. - Always lift your wood furniture when moving it. Do not drag your furniture, as this could loosen joinery and cause damage. - Avoid placing indoor furniture in direct sunlight or near sources of heat or moisture, as this could cause cracking or changes in finishes. - Do not lean back in chairs and avoid using table pedestals as footrests.
