A great car buying experience thanks to Jose. In my opinion he is definitely an asset to Auto Spot. Jose was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about each of the cars that we test drove (there were many). He listened carefully to all concerns we had and addressed each one patiently and tactfully in order to find the appropriate vehicle that fit our needs. i believe they deleted my original review, I bought my 2015 Chrysler 300 from Autospot llc in september, the process was grueling, the car had a broken windshield that Jose said would be fixed at no cost to me. They tried adding their “anti theft protection” and other “premiums” that added to the sticker price. The company they use for warranty and anti theft has reviews that state they aren’t responsive in the case of any real problems. By the end of it I had to pay for the windshield. The process to get my title was even more complicated as Jose continuously changed when to come pick up my title. I was told to come on a monday, came in just to be told to come in on thursday at 2. Come in on thursday at 2 to be told it’ll be here at 2:30, left and came back at 2:50 and was told I had to go get the title myself in Teterboro. Jose is very unprofessional, i wouldn’t recommend working with him. the cars themselves are good but the service is horrid. Stay away from their warranties as they aren’t worth it.
