Suzuki Repower Miami Reliable Marine

Google Reviews

First off I want to say that these are good genuine people that understand how important our boats are and take very good care of them. The process is extremely easy and you have nothing to worry about if you are going to repower. I brought my boat in on a Friday and had it back in one week. Very easy and stress-free process. If you call ask for Tahnee she is super nice and very helpful. Alejandro did a amazing job with the installation and very detail oriented everything looks clean and professional 👌 I met Rueben he is the owner and is extremely nice and understands the customers needs very knowledgeable about boats and props 👌 also Jerry is amazing and very knowledgeable he is the repower coordinator. I don't often write reviews but I had to with reliable Marine because this process was almost too easy and I'm extremely happy with my brand new Suzuki 150 thank you guys again and I will highly recommend you. I also found reliable Marine through Alfred. Thank you Alfred for promoting reliable Marine through your channel 👍 keep promoting them they deserve it

This place is a powerhouse when it comes to repower! They are crazy busy so it took a little while for my turn. They do fantastic work. The console looks great. Under the console is like a textbook photo. All the work is done so neatly it looks better than original. Sea trial revealed the prop was a little under pitched. We stopped by the shop on the way home and 5 minutes later a better prop was installed. They exceeded my expectations at every step

Reliable has been servicing my motor for 5 years. It is a well run operation and everyone there is honest, easy to work with, and they do great work. Reuben is a stand up guy who goes above and beyond for his customers. He recently helped me through a warranty issue with Suzuki that may not have been successful without his help. Thank you Reuben and the Reliable team.

I had a great experience with Reliable Marine. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Any issues or concerns I had, they were always responsive and worked quickly to find me a solution. The team took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can really tell they care about their customers and stand behind their service. Highly recommend Reliable Marine to anyone looking for reliability, honesty, great people and top-quality service.

I had a frustrating experience with this people. I brought my engine in because it was showing a “water in fuel” issue. They change all my filter and clean my engine , they recommended to clean my tank which I did . They charged me around $1,000, but after four sea trials, the engine was still having the same problems. They weren’t able to diagnose the issue.

While their prices seem reasonable, I didn’t feel like they were able to properly troubleshoot or resolve the issue, and the communication and follow-up could have been much better. I would recommend getting a clear diagnosis before agreeing to major work . Stay away from this people . They have good prices but after they sell you the engine they won’t help you with anything else .

When I bought my engine they said they clean my tank and take pictures and videos but never showed me proof , they keep blaming water in the tank but even after I clean my tank for the 2nd time and had it exam with a camera with the company THEY recommended my boat was still not fixed . I have all the invoices and proof that after all the sea trials and all the expenses the engine was still not running . You guys try to blame my tank , my transom , my gas hose ext just to justify your incompetence .

Took my boat to a different shop and it is running perfectly fine now with no issues at all . No water in the tank at all like you guys kept claiming .
