This is one of the OG weightlifting bars in the era when Rogue Fitness was just getting started and Pendlay was the best American made manufacturer of barbells. Has great spin for a training bar and excellent whip. It needs a little bar oil and steel wool cleanup, but other than that it spins just like it did on day 1. Also perfect for home gyms and folks who do crossfit, weightlifting, powerlifting, or general strength training. Originally retailed for $349.
