Gas Saver Car: 26 mpg combined (24 city/31 highway). This car is very roomy, with plenty of head and legroom, and a large cargo space. The 2014 Soul was also given a 5 star (out of 5) crash test rating by the NHTSA. It received the best ratings possible in IIHS crashworthiness tests. Just serviced: a full tune-up done. Spark Plugs changed @ 110k miles, valve cover and valve cover gasket replaced @136k miles, battery (DieHard Silver) replaced one year ago. Recently done @142k miles (Fuel Injection system serviced, New Synthetic Oil, New Air and Cabin Filters, front sway bar links replaced, brand new front and rear wiper blades (Rain-X Latitude), recently inspected till November 2026).
