As a single female and who was burned previous purchasing a vehicle, I can't thank Jesse at Autowerx enough for this awesome experience. Not only am I extremely happy with my purchase, Jesse made me feel at ease, no pressure whatsoever and he took initiative to make sure all my requests were taken care of ie: sunvisors and a sensor were done which means so much to me.  Immediately I sensed what a good guy Jesse is, just trying to make a good living and take care of his family. After meeting him, I didn't feel a need to "shop around", I wanted to do business with him.
I was realistic with the options for my price point and credit took a few hits after going through some life changes last year. Well, I was pleasantly surprised at what he was able to do for me regarding finance, trade etc. and I'm soooo grateful that I did business here! I'm definitely recommending Autowerx!! I purchased a vehicle from Jessie, I cannot begin to tell you he is an honest forthright person. He is in business to help every client with his most sincere ability. He is not of the thousands of dealers out there that are looking to fee you to extreme and greed. He just wants to sell good cars to good people. I have purchased many vehicles in my time, and as such I am well aware of the game that is played. Jessie does not do that. He is straightforward with his costs and taxes. And if I might say his vehicles are considered great deals by car fax. He isn't greedy. And he provides carfax reports for you to make up your own mind. I want to thank Jessie for being honest to his word. He sold me a big truck about a week and a half ago. This morning, on a Saturday morning, I was at a stoplight and a truck went off turned off completely. I had a tow truck come where I was in the middle of a intersection and come to find out it was just the connection to the battery wire had come off. The tow truck driver put a quick fix on it and I was able to get over to Jessie after I had spoken with him on the phone. He not only put brand new battery wires connections on he also reimbursed me for the $100 tow truck jump. I'm going to say, I really respect that and I appreciate his help.  I think this is a good dealership and that Jessie is a good guy. I would buy from him again.

Jesse and his staff at Seattle Auto Werx highly impressed me with their patience, readiness to answer questions, and calm willingness to let customers take however much time and however many visits that they need to do their due diligence in the used car inspection process. They kept the process smooth, and were about as far as you can get from the stereotypically pushy used car salesperson. I thought the price we agreed upon in the end was quite reasonable, too.

Jesse is amazing. We came in knowing what we wanted and he made sure it was a great fit!! Also took the time and energy to fix some small issues on an as is car that he really didnt need to do! I have been telling everyone to come here and will definitely be doing business with him in the future
