I have never been so grateful to own a Subaru. Luke and his team were so helpful. The service was quick. Luke was so helpful over the phone and in person and answered all of my questions (and there were a lot). He was so patient and attentive. I felt really cared for by Subaru AutoNation and will be keeping this service in mind for when I need to get something else done on that car.I feel safer and better about my driving experience!

The service team here is next to none. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers and their vehicles are well taken care of. I had some work I needed to get done under extended warranty, and I always worry a dealership is going to give me a hard time. Shane & the team took care of it with no problem, and set me up with a loaner while they worked on it. I’ve never had such great customer experience with a service department, I highly recommend!

Online search showed a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Outlander Summit  at AutoNation. Wife said hey let's go take a look and a few hours later we drove it home. For a 2012, the vehicle is pretty close to Immaculate. It has every option available and more buttons and switches than the Apollo space mission control center. The sales gal Sarah took care of us and had us to the finance guy in only about 90 minutes, although I wasn't timing anything. Finance guy Javier got us an even better deal calling in a favor from a finance company that took quite a few points off the interest rate we would have had. Major kudos for that! Overall the experience was pretty good for buying a used vehicle. They aren't always good. I would highly recommend AutoNation Subaru West based on my experience.

I had a great experience recently with AutoNation Subaru West. I was lucky to get in touch with Service Advisor Annsley, she was able to address the concern I had with my Subaru Forester, regarding a recall and extended warranty repair issue. She was polite, efficient and professional throughout. Even with the high number of repairs being done in their service dept, she was able to schedule the repair for me, almost immediately. My car was returned to me early, exceeding my expectations. I would recommend Annsley as a great Service Advisor and AutoNation Subaru West as a great business overall. Well done!
