Description

Polymaker Polysmooth is a PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) filament. It has the unique characteristic of being soluble in isopropyl alcohol. So, this means that it can be smoothed using isopropyl alcohol. Used in combination with the Polymaker Polysher device, prints can be smoothed to the apperance of wax or ceramic and layer lines completely dissappear. It can be printed readily on any machine that is capable of printing PLA. This filament is highly moisture sensitive, so storing in a dry location when not in use is advised. Glass Transition Temperature: ~ 70 °C Density: 1.05 1.10 g/cm3 Tolerance: ± 0.05 mm (Typical ~ ± 0.02 mm ) Recommended Printing Temperature: 210 230 °C Recommended Printing Speed: 40 90 mm/s Recommended Build Plate Temperature: Up to 70 °C
