Do not trust these people. They will lie straight faced without a flinch about the condition of their vehicles and talk you into an extreme high rate loan through one of THEIR "preferred lenders" - NOT THE ONE YOU ALREADY HAVE LINED UP... after they run your credit 20 times at once! They sell LEMONS and mask them as well-running, well-kept cars. The following are the entities receiving our initial complaints: CA DMV Investigations Division, Riverside County DA Consumer Protection Unit, CA Attorney General Consumer Law Section, CA Bureau of Automotive Repair. Rafael was extremely helpful and quick with assisting my partner and I. We came in for a test drive and walked out with a car in the same day. I highly recommend purchasing a car with Rafael.

I drove an hour from DtLA to be disrespected, potentially profiled and receive bad customer service. I arrived at the lot. I believe I was browsing at the inventory for about 10 mins before Michael came out and acknowledged me as a customer. We shook hands and introduced ourselves. Being a straight shooter, I let Michael know my exact intentions immediately. I am looking to get 3 cars for Christmas presents. All around 15k. I  let Michael know I am torn between grabbing them as a surprise and/or letting the recipients come and be the primaries on finance and I co-sign. Immediately Michael wants to do a credit check. I let Michael know that isn’t my worry. My first worry is to come see the vehicles then we can play on the computer. I asked Michael to bring the keys out for 3 vehicles. Michael proceeded to come out with one key. I received the key from Michael and proceeded to the car. There was another customer there looking at the car. The other customer and I conversed over the blemishes of the car and others as Michael walked away. The other customer as for keys to two vehicles. Michael proceeded to walk in and bring back the two keys. I waited to the side for about 15-20 mins. I voiced to Michael I was waiting on him to continue my search. He let me know it would be a min. I let him know I was at the dealership first and requested the key be brought out to specific vehicles. He let me know that it still might be a while in which I responded I might leave then. I stood to the side awaiting further assistance from anyone. No one came. I watched Michael go in and come out with another set up keys for the other customer. In which I proceeded to exit the dealership and confirm Michael’s name and saying thank you to Michael.

I am not sure what was going through Michael’s mind or what Michael has gone through. However he lost an actual customer based off it. Just because he wouldnt bring keys for cars to further inspect. Or because he couldn’t multitask/ serve two customers at the same time. As both customers wanted to inspect the cars before anything. If there was a security concern, the cars are all blocked in. So I am unsure of any security concerns.
So yes I feel disrespected and profiled. I’m not sure of what other conclusion there is to come to.

Daniel and uncle move was the best ever no hassle I was in and out fast and they gave me cheap insurance I recommend this to anyone with no credit or even bad credit they gone get you right same day !!!!
