Vintage 1970 Replogle 12" Stereo Relief Globe – As-Is / Distressed

Add a genuine touch of retro history to your bookshelf, office, or creative space. This is an authentic 1970 Replogle 12-inch "Stereo Relief" desktop globe. It features highly tactile, raised-relief mountain ranges and sits on its original matte gold-tone metal meridian and base. Because it was manufactured exactly in 1970, it serves as an incredible Cold War-era time capsule. Notable borders include: • A deeply divided Germany (Fed. Rep. vs Soviet Zone) • The U.S.S.R. (Soviet Union) in full effect • Pre-independence boundaries like Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and East Pakistan (Bangladesh) Condition: Distressed / As-Is Vintage Condition. Please note that there is a visible vertical crack/seam separation running through the North American section (as shown in the photos). It has some minor surface wear consistent with a genuine 56-year-old piece, but the colors remain bright, the text is crisp, and the metal base holds flawlessly. Perfect for someone who loves a weathered, rustic look or a unique restoration project! • Diameter: 12 inches • Height: Approx. 16 inches on stand • Price: $15 (Or Best Offer) • Pickup: Local pickup only.
