This clock is crafted with simple elegance. A pair of carved shell overlays and a wood bezel with a convex glass crystal. The aged antique dial features black Roman numerals and classic spade hands. A gold-toned design detailing on the lower glass draws attention to the wood and brass finished pendulum, which glistens against a back panel finished to match the case. The glass is framed by receded columns with carved rosettes, and the base features a distinctive tiered profile. Finished in Windsor Cherry on select hardwoods and vaneer. Battery operated German designed movement. "Kiieninger" movement features a choice of Westminister or Ava Maria melodies. Choice of 4/4 hour melody (every 15 minutes) or melody on the full hour only. Volume control allows you to select desired sound level. Programmable automatic night-time chime shut-off or night-time chime volume reducer for 8 hours is available.
