The entire experience from arriving to driving away was outstanding.  Every step of the way the CDJR team was knowedgable, professional and friendly. I went to a dealership in Morgan Hill and bought a brand new vehicle. During the sale, everything was perfect lots of attention, smiles, and multiple people helping. But that all changed immediately after the purchase.

Only ONE week later, with just 800 miles on the truck, the check engine light came on. I took it in, and since the issue didn’t go away, they claimed they would fix it. First, they said it was a sensor. Then they changed their story and said a part was missing. That part took OVER A MONTH to arrive and be installed.

During that entire time, I was forced to keep making payments on a vehicle I could not even use. This is unacceptable. People buy new vehicles specifically to avoid these kinds of problems, not to deal with defects right away.

To make things worse, I called multiple times trying to speak with the manager. I was left waiting for more than 20 minutes, only for another employee to tell me the manager was “too busy” and they didn’t know when or if he would be available. They also said he doesn’t speak Spanish. When I offered to translate for the person with me, the service was terrible.

The customer service completely disappeared after the sale. Before buying, there were up to five people helping us. After problems started, no one wanted to help.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional !!!!
I am sharing this experience so others are aware before buying from this dealership.

Come here to service my 23 hellcat charger. The service advisors are great and have zero tolerance for vehicle misuse while dropped off for service or maintenance. Recommend to any car guys who worry about leaving their vehicles with dealers.

Customer service here was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. From asking information of the vehicle i was interested in,setting up an appointment for test drive and completing the sale. They made everything really easy from start to finish. I did everything online,the called back the same day for scheduling an appointment. They even bought us complimentary coffee from Starbucks as my appointment was first thing in the morning. They answered all my questions and i understood the process for buying my car. They even provided a usb drive to have all my important documentation in one place for easy access. The dealership itself was very nice an overall, It was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. This is my 3rd time buying a car.
