This is a Ram factory VSIM wiring kit (part P68361228AC) used to connect aftermarket or upfitter equipment (lights, PTO, tow bodies, service bodies, etc.) to the Vehicle System Interface Module on 2019+ Ram 2500/3500 trucks.​ What it’s used for Provides color‑coded jumper harnesses with blunt‑cut wires that plug into the VSIM under the dash so upfitters can hard‑wire inputs/outputs (beacons, work lights, PTO controls, auxiliary relays, etc.).​ Lets external equipment use truck signals such as high beams, turn signals, PTO status, and ignition feeds without cutting into the factory wiring, simplifying commercial and fleet upfits.​
