I began my journey for a newer vehicle on the Impex website and was contacted by text from an awesome salesperson named Kimi. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted warmly and she went to work for me with her team. The manager was extremely kind and the finance guy took his time answering my questions without rushing me. It was a great experience and I drove away happy. I actually found Impex by mistake. I live 73 miles away. My wife and I drove to Greensboro to look at 2 trucks. What a disappointment they both were. We went to Carmax and that was even more disappointing. They used have top of the line vehicles. I said to my wife let's just go home. We passed by Impex and I'm like WOW this is truck heaven. We went in and Sam was at the counter. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was he said  'Wait here I'll be right back".  In the meantime we met Derek,  he was just as pleasant as Sam is. When Sam returned he said come on outside.  I was looking at the most beautiful truck I've ever seen.  After driving it and reading the carfax I was hooked.  With no hesitation I said write it up. I would recommend Impex to anyone because I felt comfortable from the second I walked in til the time I drove out of there with my new truck.

If you’re looking for a vehicle, ask for Kimi! She was incredibly friendly and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and simple. She listened to what we wanted and never made us feel pressured. She let us test drive several trucks and helped us find the one that checked all the boxes. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I was hesitant to purchase a used car from out of state at first. I called and Justin made me comfortable from the get go. He informed me of the process and all the things I should be aware of before proceeding. We did a virtual walk through of the car and he was honest and up front about any callouts or blemishes so that I wouldn’t be surprised after the fact. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and made the transaction go smoothly. I was quoted what I thought was a very fair price for shipping but I decided I wanted to trade my current car and made a road trip of it. I went in person so I could trade in my vehicle and the transaction was seamless and everything was exactly as discussed over the phone. Justin actually came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Vincent as well as all the rest of the staff I met at the dealership were professional and were very eager to make my experience great. If you see a car you like, at a price you like, listed at Impex, don’t hesitate to reach out to them and ask about it.
