Dark Black Matching Sofa & Loveseat (fabric)

We purchased this couch almost 3 years ago. It has a few imperfections/wear but it is fully functional. We do have a cat! This couch is a matching black sofa with a love seat (2) set. It has some definite signs of life but, overall, is in pretty great shape! Aside from a big permanent marker stain (husband fell asleep with a marker in his back pocket) on the center lower cushion, a few other minor spots including a small hole/possible burn?! These couches come from a clean, smoke free home! We purchased because of the color, the fabric and the fact that the couch was pretty lightweight. We live upstairs and wanted something light enough to lift and carry up! ++ please take note: The couch is a darker than it appears in the photos! The pictures don’t really do it justice. ++ **You must remove from my apartment and haul! I live in an upstairs unit. We are more than willing to help (if need be) but please, if you can, bring someone to help. Like I mentioned, this couch is NOT very heavy! We will not deliver. Bring someone to help and haul. Final mentions: This set is super cute, simple and perfect for your first place. It is versatile and can fit with mostly any decor and accessories.
