Outstanding Service at Newport Motors Las Vegas!!!!
I just moved from Italy to Las Vegas a few days ago and buying a car was one of my biggest priorities. JJ at Newport Motors absolutely killed it helping me find the perfect vehicle. I gave him a strict price range and he respected it from start to finish, showing me only great options that fit exactly what I needed.

What stood out the most was how attentive he was. He listened to what I liked and didn’t like and he tailored the entire experience to me as a buyer. That level of care truly made a difference. The whole team here made the car buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free.

JJ moved fast, got me an affordable and reliable car at a great price, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I highly, highly, highly recommend this dealership, especially for military members relocating to Vegas. Newport Motors goes above and beyond.

I almost never write a bad review until today. I would highly recommend avoiding Newport Motors unless you carry a ASE certified mechanic with you in your pocket or have them put the car on a lift for you to inspect. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I still have my car and loved it until finding out it had over 6 thousand dollars worth of suspension, undercarriage damage not covered in the CarFax or disclosures. The management was quick to answer with a "your on your own sort of response" and had "no honor" or "no integrity" to make anything right. Very disreputable! Very sad day when all they care about is getting the car off their lot to wash their hands. (Picture is an alignment report from my BMW dealer).

GREAT SERVICE!! My car was done early and all service is working great, Vicente took care of all the details needed to get my oil change at a better price than anybody around town. My A/C is working great, thank you Felix, you guys are great. I’ll pass the word to my friends n family.

Bought a used traverse…. The sale guy said we do all the maintenance before selling vehicles. I needed a car for the family at the time since our car was going out. The sale person said the bank including the warranty so if anything happens the car would be covered. Made me a little more comfortable with the purchase…. I went home I felt like the car had a slight hesitation pulled a park plug out and it had the original ones. The at the time had 112k miles maintenance was not don’t like the sale person said… he as told me that the transmission service was done before me taking the vehicle. I went ahead and got underneath the car and checked the level the fluid was black. Never done. At this point am looking into my paper work about the warranty…… the transmission is covered but guess what the bank didn’t cover the warranty…. They included it inthe small print I was charged for… this is my fault for not checking. But I trust them. So avoid this place at all cost they lie about maintenance…. Lie that the warranty is covered by the bank…. The car smelled like smoke and they said they would detail it and wash carpet am none of that was done. So to get the vehicle  road worthy I spent about 800-900 plus within the first 30 days.  I also included a pic of the spark plugs just to show.

Ricky came thru!!! Don’t walk run run to Ricky!! He’s the man! The best smoothest car buying experience and I’ve bought many cars before. Hands down to Newport Motors! They made our dreams come true financed a 2021 Chevy Tahoe 3 rowsss! We love the way they do business and you will too!
