Description

This vintage Tohki Japan decorative plate features a transfer-printed Fragonard-style scene, likely inspired by Rococo art. The plate is distinguished by its iridescent finish, gold accents and possibly square shape. While not high in monetary value, these plates are collected for their decorative appeal and nostalgic charm, representing mid-20th-century trends in home decor. The 'Fragonard' style adds to its appeal, reminiscent of romantic and idyllic scenes. Antique
