I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday.

I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that.

Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me.

Had a great experience at Driven Auto with Basil and Jim! They had the exact make and model and color of car that I had been searching the Chicago metro area for, and at a competitive price. They were patient, efficient, answered all my questions, and went out of their way to make purchasing a car (both during the process and after I had already driven off the lot) a positive experience. I appreciated the personalized touch without the pressure and negotiation tactics I experienced at other dealerships in the area. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

I bought a car about a month ago from Driven Auto and was very satisfied. The the communication was excellent which was very important especially since I live almost 4 hours away and was completely relying on that part.  Jim and Basil were awesome to work with! After the sale was complete they did a post sale inspection and found the radio was not working.  They took care of it before it was delivered to me.  Awesome experience!!

Sitting here and realized i forgot to give this wonderful place a review lol. About 3 months ago I purchased a 2020 Audi q3 that I love everything has been good so far basil and Jim helped me 2 amazing guys handled all my request and wasn’t to pushy I would recommend.

A week ago, my wife and I purchased a car from Driven Auto of Oak Forest and the service was truly exceptional! Initially, we did not know what to expect, however, after visiting 6 or 7 other dealerships in and around the Orland Park area, Driven Auto of Oak Forest stood out amongst the rest mainly because of their awesome customer service.  Basil was the first associate we met, and from the start, he was patient, professional, and never pushy. He took the time to understand our needs and showed us a few options that fit our budget and our family’s needs.

On the day of purchase, in Basil's absence, Yaz stepped in and was just as professional and helpful—especially with answering our EV-specific questions. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely puts the customer first and thank God that is exactly what we found here. The five-star service remained true even with Munir, the sales manager, in closing the deal.

All in all, we are so grateful that we ended up at Driven Auto of Oak Forest and avoided a less-than-ideal experience at another dealership. Driven Auto's service is honest, customer-centered, and family-friendly. When the time comes for our next vehicle, we will definitely visit this dealership first!
