For a car dealership they are pretty good. Julio & his manager were both very decent, and I feel like I got a fairly good deal. However, most of my waisted time came at the end sitting with finance. I sat there for 2 hours just to get my final paperwork and registration. Thank goodness I had my own financing, or I'm sure it would have been there even longer.

Great dealership, excellent customer service,  huge selection. Rolando spent alot of time with me getting the exact Jeep I was looking for. I would recommend anyone interested in getting a new truck, come here and speak with him. Everyone on their staff was very helpful and friendly. My experience at Hollywood Jeep was exceptional. As soon as I parked, Mr. Federico Venecia greeted me and got things started right away. He showed me the exact car I came in for, went over all the details I needed to know, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. He clearly knew what he was talking about and made the first part of the process feel really smooth and comfortable.
When it was time to go over the numbers, Mr. Gonzalo Trujillo helped me out. He was straightforward, patient, and really easy to work with. We went through all the details, talked through my concerns, and he helped me land a deal that I felt highly confident about. I appreciated how transparent he was through the entire process.
By the time everything was done, I left with a brand new vehicle and zero regrets about my decision. The service, communication, and overall experience were solid from start to finish. I am beyond grateful for how eveyrthing worked out.

When I arrived at Jeep I was acknowledged and greeted immediately.  From there it was fun.  I was shown a couple of models matching my description and desired color-Mojito Green.  We went on a test drive and I was in love.  The whole process was seemless and quick.! I like the signing part. Everything electronic.  Very easy process.  I walked out the door with my new registered 2025 Jeep in my desired color.  Couldn’t be happier.  Staff was welcoming and helpful.  Thank you
