I bought a Tiguan. I experienced issues with one of the dashboard lights (ACC). I brought it back on the 2nd day of having bought it, and was directed to your son. I went to his location and explained the issue. I waited outside while a mechanic checked. I saw the mechanic leave, so I decided to go inside the office and ask if he had found the issue. He said he needed to order the part and that I would have to pay for it. I said that’s fine. So, he told me to wait as he calculated the cost and labor. I went back outside to wait. After about 30 minutes, I decided to go back in since it was taking too long. That’s when he says he can't find the part and looks back at his computer. He had dismissed me, but didn’t even bother to let me know.  I felt humiliated by the way I had been treated. I felt very angry but left quietly. I later received a text from the salesperson who had helped me with the purchase, and he directed me to go to Dynasty Collision. I went there, and they said they could only look at it, but I would have to pay, since Buy Right did not want to pay. I told them that’s fine and asked them to go ahead and fix it. They did, and I took care of it. I am not sure what type of clients you typically work with, but I would like to let you know that not all clients come looking for trouble. I just wanted my brand-new car fixed. But I was not treated with respect just because I encountered an issue.  The salesperson treated me with dignity and respect, but not your son. He has a very demeaning attitude.

Customer service is absolutely shit and I simply came in and offered a price, I was laughed in my face and hung up on, then I call back and ask for the manager and hear she is the manager, im appalled at the managers behavior especially for a car salesman.
Just because she didnt like my offer, that warranted shitty behavior on her part? Absolutely not. What part about asking if someone would take this price on a car is offensive? Especially if you dont even own the car. Get real just say no and give a counter offer. This whole interaction could have been avoided by simply counteroffering.

I’ve never had a better experience buying a car than from these guys. Unbelievable cars and not pushy salesmen. No crazy add ons or fees. It was extremely painless and no stress to buy my car.

I will recommend these guys to anyone I know in the market for a car.

On November 6th 2024, I purchased a 2018 Nissan Armada from Buy Right Auto sales.Checked engine light came on while driving home on January 26th 2025 and I drove my vehicle back to Buy Right Auto sales to get it checked by their mechanic.Their mechanic scanned the check engine light and asked me to come back again and again for him to repair my car.He avoided me and didn't respond to my attempts to communicate with him.I explained my situation to Richard ,the sales manager and promised to pay out of pocket for the repair work since he said that my vehicle's 15 days warranty is expired.Richard asked me to go back home and that he will call me on the phone after speaking with his mechanic that same day.I waited for their call as promised but to no avail.I called Richard, the sales manager and his mechanic 5 times but they did not answer or call me back, neither did they respond to my voice notes.I took my vehicle to a qualified repair shop (AAMCO)on January 27th,2025 but the mechanic said that my vehicle's engine was bad and needed replacement.The car repair was postponed due to lack of funds and the vehicle was parked on my property till March 10th when I took it to Engine house Inc, they said that the next step was to replace my vehicle's engine based on diagnostic findings.It was then that I found out that the used car dealership was avoiding me because they didn't disclose major problems in a car I bought from them.
When I managed to raise the necessary money, I paid eleven thousand,one hundred and fifty dollars ( $11,150.00) to Arizona Engine rebuilding for them to replace the engine in my car.I am disappointed that after engine replacement,it was discovered that my vehicle's transmission is also bad and needs replacement.

You sold a used  car with a bad engine and damaged transmission without disclosing these issues to me.I drove this vehicle a little over 2 months after buying it before finding out that your dealership misrepresented the car's condition.The cost of repairs is too high and I already paid eleven thousand, one hundred and fifty dollars ($11,150.00) for engine replacement.Subsequently,the car have transmission problems and you sold me a warranty that does not cover it.(15 days warranty).To the general public,If  you must buy from this used car dealership, Please, thoroughly inspect the vehicle ,including a pre purchase inspection by a trusted mechanic and ask questions about it's history to avoid the problem I am experiencing now .It is unusual and generally not logical for a new engine and transmission to be needed after only about two months of purchasing a vehicle.The situation suggests a potential problem with the vehicle's condition prior to the sale.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had in Arizona. The owners and staff were excellent and treated people with respect, and definitely worked with you to get the right price for your selected vehicle. I know they gave me a great price on a great car which is the one in the picture.
