"A baby's gotta do, what a baby's gotta do"- Tommy Pickles We all know Tommy Pickles as the curious leader of The Rugrats babies in the 1990s-2003, now he's an 11inch tall plush. 90s nickelodeon toy Tommy Pickles from nickelodeon classic cartoon Rugrats, made in 1997 as part of a collaboration with Popsicle and Viacom. The way this 90s toy works is that when you icy cold water across his mouth it starts to turn orange, making it look like he just ate a popsicle and needs you to clean his face for him. To remove the orange mess (or at least most of the mess) you wipe a warm cloth across his messy face, (or use your fingers). Tommy lost his popsicle stick, but he can still make his face messy. The 90s kids toy is in good condition with tears anywhere.
