Description
A great rack that does configures to so much more than just Pull ups. There are some great videos on YouTube. Great for pull/chin ups with various grip configurations. Dips, muscle ups, human flag once you are a master of your own bodyweight. Height is adjustable and is a very sturdy rig. This was a Dragon Door collaboration and is high quality vs some cheap Amazon junk. My son is off to college so we are making room in the house. First $100 gets this deal :) it is fully assembled. Please let me know if you have questions.
