Buying our medium duty truck from Gabe at 5 Star Auto was one of the best experiences ever. It worked out great, as I was late getting to the dealership after work hours they stayed late to finish the sale, I got to meet Gus the owner who shared fun stories and invited me to contact them should anything come up during my trip home, as it was obvious they knew their products completely. I'm part way home and grateful, they did all they could to make my 16 year old truck feel and perform like new. I'm really optimistic this is going to be a great truck just like they said it was. Gabe is very helpful and easy to work with. Our transaction went all smooth and quick via phone call and emails.  We travelled all the way from South Carolina to get the truck we saw in their website. Everything was good and we use the truck we bought from this company to travel all the way from Seattle Washington to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. This is an overdue review. I purchased a used Isuzu NQR with a service body. The transaction was smooth and they even threw on some new tires as the current ones were beginning to cup. When I left, Gabe reaffirmed to me if I experience any issues in the next month or so to give him a shout. Fast forwars a few weeks, I was driving along and the truck goes into limp mode. Called up Gabe
, told him the news and without hesitation he told me to bring it in. The truck died on me about 5 miles from the shop. They came and picked it up, serviced it and got it back to me. They test drove it over 100 miles and it performed great. All was good when i left and then the truck went into limp mode again. They took it back and figured out that the fuel tank had sediment and debris that was clogging the fuel lines. They serviced the tank and i havent had an issue since. They went above an beyond and truly do stand behind their products. You absolutely get what you pay for when working with Five Star Auto. Great customer service. Contacted over the phone to get pre-approval and quote for trade in towards a van we found there. Gus and John were great at navigating that and getting everything set for quick process. The office dog was the closer on the sale.
